• Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. The refund will be processed within 48-72 hours after the inspection.
• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a full refund will be issued without any deductions.
Exchanges
• Customers can exchange a product by following the same procedure as the return process.
• If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the return policy.
Important Notes
• The returned/exchanged product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• We reserve the right to reject return/exchange requests if the product does not meet our return conditions.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
